Wanted: Outlaws To Tame The High Banks Of Winchester

$3000 To Win Plus
Incentives That Include a $1500 Bounty and Bonuses

(October 3, 2006) – Champion Racing Association and Winchester
Speedway are putting out the word, "Wanted: Outlaws To Tame The High
Banks Of Winchester Speedway"
 for
the 75 lap CRA Outlaw Super Late Model event that will take place on
Saturday night October 14th with the 35th Annual
Ed Martin Auto Group Winchester 400 Weekend. They are looking for
brave Outlaw Super Late Model drivers who are up to the challenge that
will pay $3000 to win and $450 to start, plus a $1500 bounty if a
driver can win the race and defeat CRA regulars Jeff "Mr. Personality"
Lane and Scott "Hurricane" Hantz who have won all the Outlaw Super
Late Model events held the last two seasons at Winchester Speedway.
The bounty is also good if you can beat the other CRA regulars who
ride the High Banks in Outlaw Super Late Models including Bobby "The
Kentucky Kid" Parsley, Eddie "Bumper Beater" Van Meter, and the "Bull"
Bull Baker!
In addition, bonuses
of $300 and $200 will be paid out to the top two finishers from the
top 30 in points from each of four groups of Outlaw Super Late Models
including racers from Berlin Raceway, Kalamazoo Speedway, Toledo /Flat
Rock Speedways, and racers from any other track or series. Driver will
only be eligible for a bonus from one group and only in the group
they’re ranked the highest in points. There must be at least three
teams present within a group for a bonus to be paid.
CRA Outlaw Super Late
Models will use the Alliance Rules, cars will weigh 2700 pounds, cars
with engines over 363 will weigh 2800 pounds. Hoosier 45’s and 56’s
will be the tires used. Tires must be purchased at the track and
remain in impound to start the event in the top 15. Entry forms are

fax your entry to the CRA office at 812-883-6198. Entries will also be
accepted on the day of the show. There is an open practice on Friday
October 13th, pits open at 11am, practice begins at 2pm.
