Salem, IN (December 27, 2010) – CRA officials have announced that Port City Racecars has agreed to extend their sponsorship of the ARCA/CRA Super Series and JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by GM Performance Parts through the 2012 racing season. The 2012 season will be the twelfth straight season that Port City Racecars has sponsored the ARCA/CRA Super Series and the second it has sponsored the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by GM Performance Parts.

Port City Racecars will award a $100 Product Certificate to the highest finishing driver and a $50 Product Certificate to the second highest and third highest finishing drivers using a Port City Chassis at every ARCA/CRA Super Series and JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by GM Performance Parts event in 2012. Port City Racecars will also award the highest finishing driver in a Port City Chassis in the final 2012 ARCA/CRA Super Series and JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by GM Performance Parts season points with a $500 Product Certificate, the second highest finishing driver with a $250 Product Certificate and the third highest finishing driver with a $150 Product Certificate.

Port City Racecars won the 2009 and 2010 ARCA/CRA Super Series Championships with Kaos Motorsports and driver Johnny VanDoorn, an employee of Port City Racecars. Port City Racecars also won the inaugural JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by GM Performance Parts Championship in 2011 with Erik Jones and the 2011 JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by GM Performance Parts Rookie of the Year with Cody Coughlin.
