Team
Construction Clean Sweep Award Grows to $1900 for Winchester on Labor
Day
Salem, IN
(August 29, 2011) – The Team Construction Clean Sweep Award has
grown to $1900 for the Winchester 100, CRA Super Series event at
Winchester Speedway on Labor Day next Monday. $900 of the $1800 rolled
over from the
2010
season. Ross Kenseth was the last to claim the award at the Manning
Service 100 at Winchester Speedway on May 16, 2010, the
third event of the 2010 season. The bonus has not been claimed since
that event. Brian Campbell was the EDCO Welding Fast Qualifier at the
last series event at Dixie Motor Speedway on August 19th. Campbell
stayed close to the front throughout the event and managed to get a
second place finish to winner Chase Elliott.
The Team
Construction Clean Sweep Award consists of a $100 cash bonus if an
event’s EDCO Welding Fast Qualifier can also win that same event. If
the fast qualifier fails to win, the $100 cash bonus is then rolled
over to the next event until an events fast qualifier wins that same
event. After a fast qualifier wins, the award starts over again at
$100.
