Clean Sweep Award up to $600 for Winchester Monday
Salem, IN (September 2, 2010)
– The Team Construction Clean Sweep Award has grown to $600 for this
Monday’s CRA Super Series McGunegill Engine Performance 100 at
Winchester Speedway. Ross Kenseth was the last to claim the award at
the Manning Service 100 at Winchester Speedway on May 16th,
the third event of the season. Brian Campbell claimed the first award
of the 2010 season in the series second at Berlin Raceway on May 8th.

The Team Construction Clean Sweep
Award consist of a $100 cash bonus if an event’s EDCO Welding Fast
Qualifier can also win that same event. If the fast qualifier fails to
win, the $100 cash bonus is then rolled over to the next event until
an events fast qualifier wins that same event. After a fast qualifier
wins, the award starts over again at $100.
In the series last event at Columbus
Motor Speedway on August 28th, John VanDoorn was the EDCO
Welding Fast Qualifier, VanDoorn was battling for the lead late in the
race with Tyler Nuckles when the two made contact resulting in a
yellow that put both cars on the tail for the restart. VanDoorn
managed to get a seventh place finish. Joey Miller, Kyle Busch,
VanDoorn, and Steve Dorer have also had opportunities to cash in on
the award at Toledo, Anderson, Plymouth and Angola respectively, but
all four could not get to victory lane to claim it.
Digging ditches and laying pipe for
utility companies, private contractors and developers isn't a
glamorous or often appreciated job. It is a job that requires
preparation, commitment to job safety, and good old-fashioned hard
work. And that's what makes Nashville, Tennessee based Team
Construction a star player in the league of gas and utility
contractors. The foundation of the company starts in the trenches,
where they put their backs into their work - literally - every day.
Team Construction is Safety, Service, and Experience through great
employees. More information on Team Construction is available at
