Hydraulic to Sponsor 39th Annual Winchester 400
Winchester, IN (September 15,
2010) – CRA and Winchester Speedway are pleased to announce that
EDCO Welding & Hydraulic of Indianapolis, Indiana will be a Presenting
Sponsor of the 39th Annual Winchester 400 on the famous
High Banks of Winchester Speedway on Sunday, October 17th.
This short track stock car tradition always attracts many of the best
racers from all over the country to compete for the coveted Rifle
Trophy presented to each event winner.
To date CRA has
 already
received a commitment to race in the event from 2008 Winchester 400
winner David Stremme who was a former full-time competitor with the
CRA Super Series, but has since moved up to race in the NASCAR ranks.
Chase Elliott, the 14-year-old son of NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion Bill
Elliott, has also committed to race in the event. Bill Elliott will be
signing autographs for fans during the drivers autograph session held
prior to the Winchester 400. Ross Kenseth, son of NASCAR Sprint Cup
Champion Matt Kenseth, has also committed to competing in the event.
Kenseth grabbed the win in the Manning Service 100 CRA Super Series
event in May in his first ever race at Winchester.
Advanced reserve seat tickets for the
39th Annual Winchester 400 Presented by EDCO Welding &
Hydraulic are currently on sale. Tickets can be purchased by e-mailing

Pits will open on Friday, October 15th
at 11am, spectator gates at 1:30pm.
 Practice
for all divisions will begin at 2pm, qualifying will begin at 6:15,
the race program will begin at 7pm. Pit gates open on Saturday,
October 16th at 8am, spectator gates at 10:30am. Practice
will begin at 11am with support divisions qualifying at 3:15pm. The
race program will begin at 5pm with EDCO Welding Winchester 400 pole
qualifying. There will be a party in the Pavilion after the races. Pit
gates open on Sunday, October 17th at 9am, spectator gates
at 11am. There will be an autograph session with all the drivers
competing in the 400 and Bill Elliott, on the racetrack starting at
12:30pm. The green flag for the 39th Annual Winchester 400
Presented by EDCO Welding
& Hydraulic will drop
at 2pm. Additional event information is available at
