Radio and Internet Coverage Will be Available For Thos Who Can’t Make it to The Tracks

While the eyes of the NASCAR Sprint Cup world will be focused on a battle of All-Stars this weekend hitting the track at Charlotte Motor Speedway, the short track world will shift their focus a little bit up the road to North Carolina for a special two-race battle of All-Stars in the Super Late Model realm.

The CRA Southern Six-Pack Tour will run a doubleheader of races this weekend dubbed the CRA Super Series Twin All-Star 150s weekend. A pair of events known both as the WearCrete Racing 150s will take place – with the first 150 scheduled for Friday at Tri-County Motor Speedway in Hudson and the second race taking place on Sunday at Hickory Motor Speedway.

An All-Star cast of drivers including two-time Snowball Derby winner Augie Grill, second generation drivers Chase Elliott and Ryan Blaney, SLM veteran Jeff Fultz, rising star Daniel Hemric and Kyle Busch Motorsports driver T.J. Reaid all plan to race in both events while former Hickory winner Ryan Lawler and “Madhouse” reality television star Tim Brown plan to run at least one of the weekend races.

The best way to experience the All-Star weekend is definitely in person – where you can feel the excitement of Super Late Model racing in the air. But if you aren’t going to be able to make it to Tri-County or Hickory this weekend, there is another way to enjoy the racing action.
