Plastics/W & M Manufacturing to Sponsor "King of the Wings" Sprint Car
Challenge
Winchester, IN (March 9, 2010)
– Winchester Speedway officials are pleased to announce that Pier-Mac
Plastics and W & M Manufacturing will return as the sponsors of this
seasons King of the Wings Sprint Car Challenge at the historic High
Banks of Winchester Speedway on Sunday, May 23rd. This will
be the sixth straight season that Pier Mac Plastics and W & M
Manufacturing have sponsored this exciting event featuring the fastest
cars that will race at Winchester during the 2010 season. The event
will also feature racing action from the CRA Street Stocks and Vore’s
Welding & Steel CRA FWD Compacts.

Wings show," remarked Glenn Luckett with Champion Racing Association,
the promoters of Winchester Speedway for owner Charlie Shaw. "They
have been great supporters of Winchester Speedway for many years, it’s

it’s awesome events."
The Pier Mac Plastics/W & M
Manufacturing King Of The Wings Sprint Car Challenge will once again
feature the country’s top Winged Sprint Car drivers competing for the
right to wear the traditional crown in victory lane. Tampa, Florida’s
Dave Steele added another great achievement to his long list of
accomplishments in a Sprint Car by winning the fifth addition of the
King of the Wings Sprint Car Challenge last season. Steele passed
early leader Aaron Pierce and then held off the challenge of Jason
Blonde to get the victory and was crowned King of the Wings in Victory
Lane. Blonde finished in second. Jim Swain finished in third. Chad
Goff was fourth with Jeff Bloom in fifth place.
This season the King of the Wings
Sprint Car Challenge will feature the
mustseeracing.com Xtreme
Sprint Series, featuring a roster of the best winged sprint car
drivers in the nation. The Xtreme Sprint Series will take the King of
the Wings Sprint Car Challenge to a whole different level of exciting
racing action on the High Banks of Winchester Speedway.
Pier-Mac Plastics is a custom
injection molding shop established in 1975, headquartered in Portland,
Indiana. Pier-Mac Plastics has twelve injection presses, ranging from
75-750 Ton. Pier-Mac is able to utilize a variety of plastic
materials, such as Polycarbonate, Styrene, Polypropylene, ABS, Nylon,
and many others that will meet your specific molding needs. When
applicable, Pier-Mac utilizes the processes of W&M Manufacturing and

W&M Manufacturing is a custom Vacuum
Metalizing and Top coating facility established in 1961. W&M consist
of (3) vacuum metalizing chambers, robotic painting systems and water
fall type paint booths for custom painting. W&M uses a variety of
