Renews Award Sponsorship with CRA Super Series
Salem, IN (March 30, 2010) –
CRA Super Series Officials have announced that Leaf Racewear & Safety
Equipment has agreed to continue their sponsorship of the CRA Super
Series for the upcoming 2010 race season. Leaf Racewear will once
again sponsor the Leaf Racewear Hard Luck Award, which will award the
first driver at each CRA Super Series event and CRA Southern Six-Pack
Tour event who does not qualify for the feature event with a $50
Product Certificate. If all drivers at an event qualify for the
feature, then the first legitimate
competing
driver out of the event will receive the $50 Product Certificate.
In addition, Leaf Racewear will award
a Drivers Suit to the 2010 CRA Super Series Champion as well as a $200
Product Certificate to the CRA Southern Six-Pack Tour Champion and
$200 and $100 Product Certificates by random draw from the top fifteen
in final 2010 CRA Super Series points at the 2010 CRA awards banquet.
Ten different drivers were awarded
the Leaf Racewear Hard Luck Award during the 2009 season. Kenny Tweedy
received the award a series leading four times. Tony Dager received
the award twice. Drivers receiving the award once during the 2009
season include Rick Turner, Eddie Van Meter, Brian Campbell, Martin
Belcher, Donald Karr Jr., Casey Berenbrock, Tommy St. John and Blake
Hillard.
