Salem, IN (December 22, 2010) – CRA Super Series officials have announced that Port City Racecars has agreed to extend their sponsorship of the CRA Super Series through the 2012 racing season. The 2011 season will be the eleventh straight season that Port City Racecars has sponsored the CRA Super Series. Port City Racecars will award a $100 Product Certificate to the highest finishing driver and a $50 Product Certificate to the second highest and third highest finishing drivers using a Port City Chassis at every CRA Super Series event in 2011. Port City Racecars will also award the highest finishing driver in a Port City Chassis in the final 2011 CRA Super Series season points with a $500 Product Certificate, the second highest finishing driver with a $250 Product Certificate and the third highest finishing driver with a $150 Product Certificate.

Port City Racecars won the 2009 and 2010 CRA Super Series Championships with Kaos Motorsports and driver Johnny VanDoorn, an employee of Port City Racecars. VanDoorn won a series leading three events during the 2010 season at Anderson Speedway, Toledo Speedway and at Winchester Speedway. Nick Gullatta was the 2010 CRA Super Series Rookie of the Year using a chassis from Port City Racecars.
