Special from Pollard Motorsports
Lynch Tree Service joins Bubba Pollard
Lynch Tree Service
located in Lebanon, TN has agreed to assist in finance of Senoia, GA
pilot Bubba Pollard and the Pollard Motorsports team. Pollard was
going into the Blizzard Series event at Five Flags Speedway this past
weekend as the leader in points. The team suffered some bad luck early
in the event and the championship was suddenly gone. The team moved on
to Mobile International Speedway for the Saturday night Miller Lite
Late Model show which would fall to mother nature.
Pollard and Lynch started talking in the pit area about the remainder
of the season. Pollard
was kind of undecided on what direction the team was taking for the
remainder of 2009. Lynch said, "I walked off and about five minutes
later walked back to him and made a few comments and offered some
assistance to run the remainder of the year." Pollard and Lynch shook
hands and the rest will be settled on the race track. Lynch added, "
Pollard and his family have always done it all with the team and I
admire a family and team who does it the hard way."
The first event will be the Southern Superstars event to be held at
Montgomery Speedway, Saturday, October 3rd. Three other events will be
scheduled with Lynch Tree Service backing. The rescheduled event for
Mobile International Speedway Miller Lite Series, the Fairgrounds
Speedway, Nashville, TN 400 weekend,
the Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway, Pensacola, FL.
When Bubba Pollard began his racing
career in 1999, the 11 year old youngster from Senoia, Georgia, never
figured he would become one of the top Late Model drivers in the
United States. Like many successful Late Model drivers, Pollard has
climbed through the ranks from Legends Car racing into the highly
competitive Late Model Stock Cars. Pollard has established himself
every time he enters an event as a force to be reckoned with every
time he's on the track.
Bubba Pollard has had a tremendous year in 2009 by clinching the Viper
Series Championship at South Alabama Speedway.
Lynch Tree Service continues the winning tradition. Lynch Tree Service
has been part of the championship teams of Jeff Letson, Joe Buford and
Mark Day. Lynch in the past has assisted D. W. Shacklett and this year
the Ryman Racing team with drivers Taylor and Travis Ryman.
