Fagin Wins 2009 Cometic Gasket Hardcharger Award

Salem, IN (October 23, 2009) – CRA Super Series K & N Filters Rookie Of The Year competitor Brandon Fagin has won the Cometic Gasket Hardcharger Award for the 2009 season. Fagin gained a total of 69 positions through the 12-race points season with CRA, for an average of almost six gained positions per event. Cometic Gasket, the Official Gasket of the CRA Super Series, will award Fagin a $500 cash bonus at the 2009 Champion Racing Association Awards Banquet. A driver had to be in the top 15 in series points to be eligible for this award.

Jason Dietsch finished in second place with 58 gained positions during the season. K & N Filters Rookie Of The Year competitor Damon Ecoff finished in third with 39 gained positions. K & N Filters Rookie Of The Year Award winner Tyler Roahrig and fellow rookie Nick Lay finished tied for 4th with 25 gained positions apiece.
