Racecars to Sponsor at the Track Web Updates from Berlin on Saturday
Round 3 of the Perfect
Circle Racecars Challenge also on Saturday
Salem, IN (October 7, 2009) –
Champion Racing Association officials have announced that Perfect
Circle Racecars will be the sponsor of the At The Track Web Updates
for this Saturday’s Radisson Grand Rapids 125 at Berlin Raceway in
Marne,
Michigan. As in the past this event will pit the best of the CRA Super
Series against a tough group of local competitors in what is always
one of the best races of the season.
There will be an open practice on
Friday, pits open at 4pm with practice from 5 to 8pm. Pit gates open
on Saturday at 12noon, the race program will begin at 6pm and will
include the Radisson Grand Rapids 125 along with a special event for
the Berlin Outlaw Late Models, season Championship events for the
Berlin Young Guns and the Burnips Equipment 4-Cylinders plus School

the CRA web site will have updates of all the practice, qualifying and
race results of the CRA Super Series. Anyone interested in having

Perfect Circle Racecars is also
sponsoring the Perfect Circle Racecars Challenge with the CRA Super
Series this season. The Challenge involved three series events, it
started with the Rowdy Busch 125 at Berlin Raceway on Wednesday, June
10th that was won by Brian Campbell, driver of the Perfect
Circle Racecars team. The second event was the Toledo Speedway event
on Friday, August 14th that was won by Scott Hantz. If a
driver could have won all three of those events, Perfect Circle
Racecars would have paid that driver a $1000 cash bonus.
Since Campbell and Hantz won the two
events to date, Perfect Circle
Racecars
will award the driver with the best overall finishes between the three
events a $500 Product Certificate. There were only five drivers who
competed in both events lead by Scott Hantz with finishes of sixth and
first, John VanDoorn is next with finishes of seventh and 13th.
John Long is the only other driver entered besides Hantz and VanDoorn
for Saturday’s event that competed in the previous two, he had
finishes of 11th and 25th.
