CHUCK BARNES JR. SET FOR SALEM RETURN IN TOUCHSTONE ENERGY HOOSIER HILLS 100

SALEM, IN (June 12, 2009) – Chuck Barnes Jr. of Louisville is set to return to Salem Speedway on Saturday night, June 27th, when the CRA Super Series Late Models visit the super-fast oval for the Touchstone Energy Hoosier Hills 100.

The former CRA Super Series champion, who won a 100-lap CRA Late Model race at Salem last season, will be climbing behind the wheel of the familiar blue and white, No. 55, Barnes Auto Service Chevrolet for his first start of the year.

Barnes, a former Salem Speedway street stock and late model champion, has recorded 20 career victories at Salem, including 11 in late model competition.
