Grand Rapids, MI (July 22, 2009) -- Kaos Motorsports, who currently leads the point standings in the Champion Racing Association (CRA) points standings with driver Johnny VanDoorn, has signed Rip It Energy Fuel as its primary sponsor for two races: The Redbud 300 at the Anderson Speedway on July 27^th and the Winchester 400 on October 18^th. 

“Having Rip It Energy Fuel join our young team says a lot for the program we have built so far” team owner Jim TenBrink remarked.  “We started this team in February and here we are leading the CRA point standings with two wins. And now, we are fortunate enough to have a product like Rip It Energy Fuel join our team for two races this season.  I am really proud of how far we have come in a short amount of time and that is a testament to the guys on the team” TenBrink added. 

Johnny VanDoorn is also excited about his new sponsor. “Things have been really going well lately for us as a team.  We are consistently running up front and we have been fortunate enough to add a partner like Rip It Energy Fuel during a time when sponsors are hard to come by” VanDoorn said.

VanDoorn’s first race with Rip It Energy Fuel on his #61 car will be the Redbud 300 at the Anderson Speedway on July 27^th, where the Coopersville, Michigan driver has 2 wins and an average finish of 5^th. 

“Anderson is always a tough race” VanDoorn stated. “The racing is always tight and things happen very fast there.  The best place to be is up front, so once again qualifying will be very important.  Strategy will also play a role in the race, deciding to change four or two tires at the half way break. We will head back there with the same setup we won with in April and tune the car in from there.  I really want to give Rip It a good strong run right out of the box and let them know that short track racing is a great place to promote their product” VanDoorn added.
