Salem, IN (July 1, 2009) – Officials from Champion Racing Association announced today that the CRA Super Series event scheduled for Saturday, July 18^th at Baer Field Speedway has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 19^th.

"The track contacted us yesterday about moving the event to September 19^th," remarked R.J. Scott, Managing Partner with CRA. "The track had a unique opportunity to do a different special event on July 18^th. We make every effort we can to help the tracks with their different challenges during the year, so we agreed to the move. As a result, it will end up giving our racers a small break in a very busy stretch of our season in July and early August."

SCS Environmental and Klotz Synthetic Lubricants will still sponsor the 100 lap CRA Super Series event on September 19th. The HOSS Winged Sprint Cars will also be in action that night at Baer Field Speedway. In addition the Vore’s Welding & Steel CRA FWD Compacts will be part of the racing action that night, adding another show to their 2009 schedule.
