Salem, IN (January 15, 2009) – Five Star RaceCar Bodies has announced they will sponsor two awards for the CRA Super Series SpeedFest 2009, 200 lap event on January 25^th at Lanier National Speedway in Braselton, Georgia. Five Star RaceCar Bodies will award a $500.00 Product Certificate for a Hard Luck Award, selected from the drivers with the most body damage and a $250.00 Product Certificate for a Hard Charger Award to the driver who gains the most positions in the 200-lap CRA event. Teams must have a Five Star RaceCar Bodies sticker on their car to be eligible for the awards.

The CRA Super Series will open its 2009 season with the 5th addition of SpeedFest at Lanier, the previous four SpeedFest events were held at the now closed USA International Speedway. The event will include the CRA Super Series cars in a 200-lap event with a scheduled break at lap 100. The G.A.S. Pro Late Models will have a 100-lap event as part of the program, if a driver can win both events they will collect a $10,000 bonus. The event will kick-off with an open practice on Friday, January 23^rd. There will be practice and qualifying on Saturday, January 24^th. Last chance races and the two feature events will be held on Sunday afternoon, January 25^th.
