Salem, IN (January 15, 2009) – Official from the CRA Super Series and Essex Parts Services have announced that AP Racing will sponsor the AP Racing Fast Qualifier Award for the 200 lap CRA Super Series event with SpeedFest 2009, on January 25^th at Lanier National Speedway in Braselton, Georgia. AP Racing, through its exclusive U.S. Stock Car Distributor Essex Parts Services, will award the AP Racing Fast Qualifier for that event with a pair of AP Racing Brake Rotors.

The CRA Super Series will open its 2009 season with the 5th addition of SpeedFest at Lanier, the previous four SpeedFest events were held at the now closed USA International Speedway. The event will include the CRA Super Series cars in a 200-lap event with a scheduled break at lap 100. The G.A.S. Pro Late Models will have a 100-lap event as part of the program, if a driver can win both events they will collect a $10,000 bonus. The event will kick-off with an open practice on Friday, January 23^rd. There will be practice and qualifying on Saturday, January 24^th. Last chance races and the two feature events will be held on Sunday afternoon, January 25^th.
