Sunday’s CRA Super Sunday 100 Presented By Dietsch Sales & Service and Klotz Lubricants for the CRA Super Series will be the second event of the 2008 season for the series after the first three scheduled events were postponed because of weather. Angola’s Scott Hantz, a two time series Champion, was the winner of the season opener at Winchester Speedway and comes in as the series point’s leader. Sunday’s event will be the 11th series event at Baer Field Speedway, Hantz is the series all-time victory leader at Baer Field Speedway with three victories including a victory in last seasons event over veterans Jeff Lane and Jack Landis.

All three drivers involved in the battle for last year’s victory will be on hand along with series regulars Jason Dietsch, Kenny Tweedy, JR Roahrig, Terry Fisher Jr., Sean Matthuis, Jason Shively, John VanDoorn, Rick Turner and A.J. Ganino. The series will also have a strong group of rookie competitors including Zach Taylor, the current leader in K & N Filters Rookie Of The Year points, Aaron Pierce, Ft. Rookie Nick Lay has two straight third place finishes in the first two events, which has put him in third place in points.

The events will be the first of nine events for the series at Baer Field Speedway as the series has replaced the track’s late model division for the 2008 season.
