Headers To Sponsor Special Awards At This Weekend’s 2008 Spring Clash

Salem, IN (March 25, 2008) –
Officials for Champion Racing Association have announced that
Schoenfeld Headers will sponsor two special awards at this weekend’s
2008 Spring Clash at the famed Music City Motorplex at the Fairgrounds
in Nashville, Tennessee. The Schoenfeld Headers
Performance
Award will go to the winner of the All American 150 sanctioned by the
CRA Super Series and the winner of the CRA Street Stock/MCM Sportsman
Shoot-out event.
The winner of the All American 150
will receive a $200 Product Certificate from Schoenfeld Headers. The
winner of the CRA Street Stock/MCM Sportsman Shoot-out event will
receive a $100 Product Certificate from Schoenfeld Headers.

that this will be a huge event that will attract some the best late
model and street stock competitors in the country, and they wanted to

This will be the third season in a
row that the CRA Super Series has opened its point’s season at the
famed oval with a 150-lap event. The Saturday night, March 29th
event will be a tune-up to the prestigious Adam Petty Memorial All
American 400 on Sunday, November 2nd. The All American 150
will pay $5000 to win, but more importantly, the top three finishers
will have a guaranteed start for the CRA sanctioned Adam Petty
Memorial All American 400.
The 2008 Spring Clash Weekend will
kick off with an open practice for all three divisions on Friday,
March 28th. Pits will open at 12noon Central Time; practice
will start at 3:30pm and will go until 7:30pm. Pits will open on
Saturday, March 29th at 9am, practice will begin at 12noon,
with qualifying starting at 4pm. The race program will begin at 7pm on
Saturday with last chance races first, then the three feature events
starting with the 75-lap event for the O’Reilly USA Modified Series,
followed by the All-American 150 for the CRA Super Series, and ending
with the 75-lap CRA Street Stock/MCM Sportsman Shoot-out.
