Culy Construction To Sponsor Howe CRA Sportsman Season Championship Event At Winchester

Winchester, IN (October 4, 2007) – CRA / Winchester Speedway officials have announced that Culy Construction has agreed to be the title sponsor again of the Howe CRA Sportsman Season Championship event on Friday, October 12th of the 36th Annual Winchester 400 Weekend Presented By Ed Martin Auto Group and Renegade. The Culy Construction 50 will be the final event in the exciting second season of the Howe CRA Sportsman series.

New Haven, Indiana native Billy Hutson comes into the season championship event with 42-point lead over second place Rick Rinehart. Rinehart has a 52-point lead over leading rookie contender Charlie Hanna in third place. Rookie Tim Greene is in fourth place 90 points behind Hanna, Rookie Gabe Cerny, who picked up his first series win in the series last event at the Circle Track Nationals at ORP, is in fifth place only nine points behind Greene. Hutson, Rinehart and Hanna have all gone to victory lane in a series event at Winchester Speedway this season.

The Wisconsin Cowboy Rick Tackman Jr. is in sixth place. The Chad Gaskill owned #20 is in seventh place with four different drivers so far in 2007 including Chad, Steve Blair, Jeff Ellis and Rick Pfiefer. Rookie Eric Barkus is in eighth, Bob Dumke is ninth and rookie David Fretz rounds out the top ten in series points.
