New Series Photographer Announced

Salem, IN (March 16, 2007) – Veteran racing photographer Ron Harner has been selected as the new official CRA Super Series photographer. Harner started photographing drag racing over 20 years ago and has been shooting stock cars for the last six years at M40 Speedway in Jones, MI, South Bend Speedway and the Rumble Indoor Series.

He will be working with his partner Ken Hall. "We will take care of the drivers and fans." Harner stated. "We plan to shoot anywhere from 600 pictures during a race requiring flash to 2000 pictures at a race that does not need flash. I want to thank CRA for allowing us this chance to work with you."

The opening became available when James MacDonald reluctantly resigned due to the travel distances involved from his home in Canada. MacDonald will be working at the CRA season opener, Spring Clash 150 on April 1 at the Music City Motorplex in Nashville, TN. Following this race Harner will be taking over the rest of the photography duties.

Harner currently resides in Niles, MI and can be reached at photographers@craracing.net by phone 269-683-0027, or through his website www.superchargedphotos.com.
