Tickets on Sale Now for The Inaugural Circle Track Nationals at O’Reilly Raceway Park

August 15, 2007 - With 4 divisions of racing, over 150 racecars, nearly 400 laps of green flag racing and over $80,000 in purse money, the Inaugural Circle Track Nationals at O’Reilly Raceway Park September 21st and 22nd truly is a must see event for any race fan in the tri-state area! The main event features the extremely competitive CRA Super Series late models and is being billed as “The 100:” a 100 green flag lap event where over 60 of the countries top super late model teams from over 20 different states will be competing for over $50,000 in prize money!

The Inaugural Circle Track Nationals is set to kick off on Friday, September 21st with Qualifications Night for four jam packed racing divisions. Each division will have single car qualification runs that will serve to lock in the top 20 qualifiers from each division into the main events. From there, there will be 100 green flag laps of qualification races serving to fill positions 21-26 for “The 100”and “The 50” for the O’Reilly USA Modifieds. Gates will open Friday at 4pm with single car qualification action starting at 4:30pm. The super late models will run for the pole of “The 100” at 7pm with qualification races to follow.

Saturday September 22nd will be main event night at the Inaugural Circle Track Nationals. Gates will again open at 4pm with last chance races for the CRA street stocks and CRA sportsman immediately taking place. There will then be one last chance for the CRA Super Series and O’Reilly USA Modified competitors to make it into their respective main events via a “Lucky Dog” last chance race for each division. Following that will be one last ½ hour shot at the famed .686 mile paved oval for the 32 starters of “The 100” in what will be their final practice session before the main event. At 7pm sharp, the first of four main events will take place where over $80,000 in purse money will be distributed. All told, main event night at the CTN will see nearly 300 laps of green flag action making it a truly “must see” event for any short track race fan!

Tickets for qualifications night at the Circle Track Nationals are just $15 at the gate while main event night has a ticket price of just $20 at the gate. Buy your tickets in advance online and you will receive $2 off a qualifications night ticket, 2$ off a main event night ticket, or $5 off a 2-day ticket making both nights of action available for just $30! Kids 12 and under are free.
