Salem, IN (May 18, 2006) – The Wax Shop Clean Sweep Award has grown to $400 for this Sunday’s CRA Super Sunday 100, CRA Super Series Presented By Spray Power event at Baer Field Speedway. The bonus will be awarded to Sunday’s Appleton Rack & Pinion Fast Qualifier, if that person can also win the CRA Super Sunday 100. If the Appleton Rack & Pinion Fast Qualifier does not win Sunday, the bonus will roll over $200 per CRA Super Series event until it is awarded, once the bonus is awarded, it will start over again at $200 at the next series event.

1997 CRA Super Series Champion Kenny Tweedy was the Fast Qualifier for the series last event the on April 23^rd at Winchester Speedway. Tweedy started in fifth after drawing a five for the inverted start. Tweedy looked to have the fastest car on the track and was just biding his time when a motor problem sidelined him on lap 63. 2005 CRA Super Series Points Champion Jeff Lane went on to get the victory leading all 100 laps.
