Greystone Concrete Incorporated
To Sponsor CRA Super Series Event At I.R.P.
Salem, IN (May 3, 2005) – CRA
Super Series officials have announced that Greystone Concrete
Incorporated will be the sponsor of the CRA Super Series 100 lap event
at Indianapolis Raceway Park on Sunday, May 15th. The
Greystone Concrete Incorporated 100 will be ran after a 200 lap
Hooters Pro Cup Northern Series event on Sunday, May 15th.
This will be the second season in a
row that the CRA Super Series as teamed with the Hooters Pro Cup
Northern Series to put on this must see stock car event. Muncie,
Indiana’s Evan Jackson took the lead of the CRA Super Series
event at Indianapolis Raceway Park with the Hooters Pro Cup Series
last season, by passing Bobby Parsley on lap 13 and led the rest of
the race to claim the victory. Jackson won by five car lengths,
holding off several hard charges from Scott Hantz on several late
restarts in the event. Aaron Hulings had his best ever CRA Super
Series finish with a third place effort followed by Eddie Van Meter in
fourth, and Junior Hanley in fifth.

Concrete Incorporated is a commercial and industrial concrete
contractor serving the Indianapolis Metropolitan area. Jeff Cave,
president of G. C. I., has raced at I.R.P. many times over the last
several years, usually with the Championship Auto Racing Series.
There will be practice and qualifying
for both divisions on Saturday, May 14th. Pits open on May
14th at 12:30PM. Practice begins for the CRA Super Series
at 4:30PM, with Qualifying at 6:30PM. If a last chance race is needed,
it will be ran on Saturday night at 8PM. Pits open on Sunday at
10:30AM, spectator gates will open at 11AM. There will be an autograph
session involving both series beginning at 12:15PM. The Lucas Oil 200
for the Hooters Pro Cup Northern Series will take the green flag at
1:30PM. The Greystone Concrete Incorporated 100 will begin shortly
after the end the Hooters event.
