17, 2005) - Nutley Motorsports is pleased to announce that John
Nutley, the 2004 Illiana Motor Speedway Late Model Track Champion, plans
to race the full 2005 CRA Super Series season and compete for Rookie of
the Year.
John Nutley began his racing career in 1978, racing 4 nights a week at
Raceway Park in Calumet Park. He began racing late model stock cars 14
years ago at Illiana Motor Speedway, and has continued to race there
throughout the years. During 1997 through 1999 and again in 2001, John
competed with the NASCAR Re/Max Challenge Series (now the NASCAR Elite
Series). In 2002, John raced a partial season with the NASCAR Hills Bros
All Pros Series (now the NASCAR Elite Series). After competing for part
of the 2003 season at Illiana, he came back to have a strong season in
2004, capturing 2 feature wins and many top 5 finishes. He is hoping to
have a strong 2005 season with the CRA Super Series.
