Muncie, IN (January 12, 2005) - McGunegill Engine Performance is excited to announce that J-VEE-M Racing and legendary short track veteran Mike Eddy will utilize a Sealed Engine in 2005. J-VEE-M Racing will run a 10 race schedule at select venues with the CRA Super Series, bringing the familiar #88 back to the short tracks of the Midwest.

Legendary driver Mike Eddy has been classified as one of the best short track drivers of all-time. With 7 ASA National Championships and 58 National tour victories, the most recent in 2004, his record speaks for itself. This combination of team and driver will prove to be very successful in 2005.

J-VEE-M Racing will be utilizing an updated CRA Approved MEP Equalizer Sealed Engine. This will produce approximately 590 Horsepower and 540 ft/lbs of torque in race configuration. As a proven winner the low cost, reliability, and low maintenance of the engine is an excellent combination.
