Finishline Fabricating To Sponsor CRA Super Series Rookie Of The
Year Award
Salem, IN (April 4, 2005) –
CRA Super Series officials have announced that Finishline Fabricating,
located in Allegan, Michigan, will sponsor the 2005 CRA Super Series
Rookie Of The Year Award.
The
highest finishing registered Rookie in the CRA Super Series Rookie Of
The Year Standings, which will be the driver who accumulates the most
points in their best 16 series point races of the 18 scheduled, will
receive the Finishline Fabricating Rookie Of The Year Award at the
2005 Series Awards Banquet. The Finishline Fabricating Rookie Of The
Year will receive a Finishline Fabricating Bare Offset Chassis from
Finishline Fabricating. The award winning team will be responsible for
the cost to complete the chassis to a rolling chassis.
Finishline Fabricating is owned and operated by Outlaw Late Model
racer Tim Curry. Curry’s business has become one of the top Outlaw
Late Model chassis and body manufactures in the region. Finishline
Fabricating started fabricating Template Late Model chassis’s in 2003.
2000 CRA Super Series Champion and Rookie of the Year Scott Hantz has
used Finishline Fabricating Chassis’s to finish second in CRA Super
Series points the last two seasons with five victories. Former ASA
Racing Series competitor Jack Landis will use a Finishline Fabricating
Chassis to compete with the series part-time in 2005, while Jason
Shively will use a Finishline Fabricating Chassis to compete for the
Finishline Fabricating Rookie Of The Year Award.
