Salem, IN (March 19, 2004) –
Sunoco Super Series officials have announced that Sibila Race Engineering
will be the Goodyear Racing Tire Distributor for the Sunoco Super Series
again in 2004. All tires raced in the Sunoco Super Series must be
purchased through Sibila Race Engineering. Owner and Operator Tim Sibila
will be the contact person for all Sunoco Super Series tire related
information or tire ordering, he can be reached at 866-472-2464.
Goodyear Racing Tires will be the
Official Racing Tire of the Sunoco Super Series in 2004, this marks the
third season in a row that the series has been on Goodyear’s. The series
will use the 2372 Goodyear tires on the left side and the 2402 Goodyear
tires on the right sides during the 2004 race season. The event tire
procedures have changed slightly for 2004, they will be mailed out to
individual teams later this month and they are posted on the series web
site at www.sunocosuperseries.com.
Sibila Race Engineering may not be at
the open practice at Anderson Speedway on Saturday, March 27th.
Anyone needing tires to practice on that day should call Tim Sibila and
have tires shipped to them to insure they will have the tires for that
open practice.
