Lucas Oil Products To Be The Presenting Sponsor Of
The Sunoco Super Series Race At Shady Bowl Speedway On May 31st
Salem IN (May 13, 2003) - Lucas
Oil Products, the "Official Lubricant" of the Sunoco Super Series, will
be the Presenting Sponsor of the Stapleton Automotive 150, the Sunoco
Super Series event at Shady Bowl Speedway on Saturday, May 31, 2003.
This marks the second year in a row that Lucas Oil Products has been the
Presenting Sponsor of this event at the challenging 3/10’s mile banked
oval located in DeGraff, Ohio.
Last season Knightstown, Indiana’s Jeff Lane recorded his second
career Sunoco Super Series victory at this event, in one of the series
most exciting races of the 2002 season. Lane passed J.R. Roahrig on
lapped 134 and held off a late charge by Scott Hantz to record the
victory.
