Redmond Navigates Traffic for the Win

Winchester, IN (June 6, 2009) - Brain Redmond elected to take the tail of the fast cars to move him back a few positions at the start of the Vore's Welding and Steel 50 lap feature at Winchester Speedway as he felt he did not get everything from his car in qualifying.  This did not prove to be a problem, as he navigated trough the traffic at the start to take the lead from fast qualifier Bill Charles on the 10th lap and he stayed out front the rest of the race.  Running in packs three wide at times the Vore's Welding and Steel CRA FWD Compacts made it tough on the lead drivers the entire race. 50 caution free laps of close racing gave the fans a very entertaining FWD race.

"It sure was interesting out there."  Redmond commented.  "My arms will be tired tomorrow, I took the power steering off to get a few more horse power, and I am feeling it now. I’m not sure how I got thru all that traffic but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!"  Click Here.
