Cars will be
impounded after qualifying. There will be a break at lap 100. This is
a 6 tire max option event except for approved flats. Teams that change
tires will go behind the teams that don't on the restart line-up after
the break.

Bonus Details:
Event bonus to be paid based on owners
points prior to the event. Any driver not eligible for bonus moves all
other drivers up in standings for event bonus payout. Owner must have
attended 75% of races. Must have been present the prior race to
receive current event bonus.
