Addendum to the rules for the Sportsman 66: 

Aluminum Intakes may be used with a 50 lbs. penalty.

Officials from Hoosier Tire have made the following announcement concerning the All-American 400 weekend in Nashville:

The Hoosier tire(s) that will be used during the All American 400 Weekend at Music City Motorplex in Nashville, TN will be as follows: 

SUPER LATE MODELS:

LEFTS:    27.0/10.0-15 3035 SX (Available Sizes: 85”, 85 ¼”, 85 ½”, 85 ¾”)

RIGHTS:  27.0/10.0-15 3045 (Available Sizes: 86 ½”, 86 ¾”, 87”)

 

LATE MODEL STOCKS:

10.0/27.0-15 2045

 

The event will be serviced by Performance South (Franklin, TN). Please contact Gray Bickley to reserve tires/get warms-ups/order tires. He can be reached at (615) 330-4533.  

Super Late Model teams please note:  Tires purchased for Friday's Open Practice will NOT be allowed for use in qualifying or the race.  Tires for use in qualifying or the race may not leave the tire truck/impound area until Saturday.  Qualifying will be done on stickers and released just prior to qualifying.  All tires then must be returned to impound Saturday night, for use on Sunday.  Teams are allowed 8 tires during the race (4 on the car, and 4 any time during the race).  Teams may also have four more tires in their pits for emergency use for approved flats.  ALL TIRES for use in competition must have been purchased at the race track and remained in impound until Saturday morning, and then returned to impound on Saturday night, according to guidelines mandated by the officials. Tires will have multiple stamps to indicate their impound status.

Nashville, TN (August 10, 2004) – Officials from The All-American 400 Weekend sanctioning bodies, the CRA/ Sunoco Super Series and O’Reilly Southern All Stars, have released the rules and entry forms for the return of the historic Super Late Model event in Nashville, TN.
