Billy Hutson started racing Street Stock at Baer Field in 2001. By 2003 he was a force to be reckoned with as he took the Baer Field Street Stock Season Championship. In 2004 Hutson moved to Sportsman cars and continued there ever since. He started with the Howe CRA Sportsman in 2006, finishing seventh in the first season. In 2007 Hutson had two wins with 10 Top Five finishes and 11 Top Ten finishes and winning the points championship. 2008 saw Hutson finishing 10th in the final points standings.

Hutson is looking forward to 2009 and racing for the Howe CRA Sportsman Championship and at Baer Field as often as possible.
